After reviewing recent survey responses from past attendees, IFMA has decided to keep World Workplace 2020 a live event and reschedule it for this Dec. 9-11 and relocate the conference to the Gaylord Texan Resort Hotel & Convention Center, located between Dallas and Fort Worth in Grapevine, Texas, USA. Early-bird registration will be extended to Sept. 18, 2020, and we have updated our cancellation policy to state that attendees who need to cancel their registration for any reason can receive a 100% refund before Oct. 12, 2020. After this date, they have the option to either transfer registration to World Workplace 2021 or to a colleague.
While it’s impossible to foresee the status of COVID-19 five months down the road, we are responding to the majority of IFMA members’ and past event attendees’ desire for a return to normal. Our community values time together to network and learn. IFMA is committed to safely and responsibly facilitating conversations and essential training to help FMs navigate challenges presented by the pandemic and other factors impacting the industry.
