Welcome to the IFMA MSP Facility Marketplace!

Are you a professional FM seeking services or products to better support your facility? Our Facility Marketplace is a one-stop-shop searchable membership directory which links FM’s to Associates. Here’s how to search in the marketplace:

• Click here to view the marketplace on the members-only side of the website.
  • You will need your IFMA MSP login information to view the page.
• You will see two categories ‘Services’ & ‘Products’ – select however many apply.
• Scroll to the bottom and click the word ‘Search’
• Your screen will refresh with the member profiles of our members that are able to assist with your needs!

We hope this member benefit helps you connect with other members while making your busy days more manageable! 

Are you an Associate member who needs to update your information in your member profile? Follow the steps below!
Please reach out to MacKenzie McCullum if you have any issues or need assistance updating your profile.

Updating your products and services:

• Click here to log in the members only database.
  • If you do not remember your password, there is a forgot password feature. If you need assistance logging in, email me directly and I can help!
• Once you’ve logged in, click on the tab below your nametag that says ‘My Profile’
• You’ll be brought to a new page with your full member profile. In the center of the page, click the ‘Edit’ button.
• The page will become editable and when you scroll down you’ll see a list of products and services (listed separately) – please fill out each list with your products and services you’d like promoted to members.
• In the same spot where you pressed ‘Edit’, press the ‘Save’ button.

Updating your headshot:

• On the same Member Profile page, scroll over the top menu item that says ‘My Profile’
• A dropdown menu will appear, select ‘Change Profile Picture’
• You’ll be taken to a new screen where you’re given the option to edit, delete, or add a new photo.
• If you have any issues uploading a new photo, email it directly to MacKenzie McCullum (mmccullum@jaffemanagement.com) and I will upload it for you.
