Jim’s broad range of experience comes from 30 years of work in many service fields in the commercial real estate industry. His primary activities involve the crafting and implementation of strategic real estate plans for national organizations, developing corporate headquarters facilities, and client lease negotiation in the Minneapolis CBD. Well-known in the industry, Jim is often called upon by the media to provide perspective on economic trends and their impact on corporate real estate markets. Clients appreciate his diverse mix of project experience, strategic business perspective, and knowledge of local market trends. Jim’s recent projects include office, industrial, and retail developments with leasing, development, and acquisition requirements.
Wayne Teig, ITRA Global, Crest Commercial
Wayne Teig is the President of ITRA Global / CREST Commercial. With coverage in major markets around the world, ITRA Global is one of the largest organizations dedicated to only representing tenants and occupiers of commercial real estate that exists today. The company provides corporate real estate advisory services on commercial lease negotiations, building purchases, site selection & land acquisitions, property dispositions, and strategic planning. With over 20 years of industry experience, Wayne works across product types, having clients in office, industrial, medical office, and specialized industries.
Ann Hansen, Cresa Minneapolis
From Ann’s early career as Property Manager to Real Estate Advisor, she has 27 years of commercial real estate experience with projects locally, nationally, and globally. She has completed projects from 500 square feet to 300,000 square feet, including build-to-suit, lease, purchase, and core client building sales. Her clients appreciate her proactive communications and diligence in providing them with complete information for their decision making. Her property manager experience has helped clients with their facilities in understanding not just the transaction but what occurs after the project is complete.
Nicole Nelson, Cresa Minneapolis
Nicole has 10 years of experience in office administration, real estate, project management and design with project experience in commercial tenant improvements, design and construction, and relocation management. She has effectively managed the myriad of details involved in construction and relocation projects for both national and local clients. Nicole’s strong attention to detail and superior communication skills make her a valuable asset to any project team.
Nicole lives in Plymouth with her husband John. They are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their first child in April.
