HR during a pandemic – friend or foe? Facility Managers are very curious to know how HR is working to evolve to accommodate the changing workforce – both the way we work and the way we manage. How is HR handling these changes, how will it impact you, and what can Facility Managers do to support these changes? Michael Rossman, Chief Human Resources Officer at Hennepin County, and Tysley Taylor, Sr HR Business Partner for Facilities at Hennepin County, will talk about the importance of Facilities and Human Resources working together as well as giving some tips and tricks on how to engage your employees as we continue to evolve in how we work and manage. They will also talk about how 2020 affected employees, struggles and lessons learned, and how we as Facility Managers can support HR and the changes that 2021 will bring.
