Please join IFMA MSP on Wednesday, August 18th, from 12:00pm – 1:30pm as we host a Deep Dive discussion with end users and workplace strategists to share insights on unassigned workplace strategies that were implemented before the pandemic. These end users have experienced the unassigned workplace and with share what worked, what didn’t work well and what were the biggest fears of their employees. They will also give you some insights into what they will change going forward to a post-pandemic workplace. Our goal is that this panel will inform participants about free address best practices and lessons learned as they also continue to implement their own RTO strategy.
Get answers to questions like:
1.What has worked well with unassigned space?
2.What challenges were there with unassigned space?
3.What were the biggest fears of moving to unassigned space?
4.What were some critical success factors?
5.What are you looking to change post pandemic?
MEET OUR PANELIST:
Kari Smith has more than 20 years of corporate interior design and facility management experience. Kari has seen the evolution of the office first-hand and combines her expertise in Activity-Based Work with research, data and analytics to help clients make the most of their office strategies.
Marcia Droege presented Land O’Lakes new work strategy and gave IFMA MSP a tour of their new workspace in November 2019. Now, nearly two years later, Marcia is back to talk about her experience before, during and now planning for after the pandemic.
Robyn Kaiser believes in the fusion of art and science…that satisfied employees and productivity are not mutually exclusive…that work spaces with boundaries limit creativity, and it’s a company’s employees (not cubicles), that are the foundation of a well-oiled workplace.
