Mamie Harvey and Rochelle Maresh will identify new workspace strategies that integrate the human needs of employees, technological tools, and how internal social networks drive organizational success. Mamie Harvey, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Principal, AlliianceMamie Harvey is a principal and architect and has served as lead designer on numerous projects for both higher education and corporate clients. experienced architect and skillful practitioner of thoughtful planning and inspired design, Mamie works closely with clients to articulate and deliver a thorough project vision. She brings expertise in creating early design cohesion through a strategic workplace programming / planning process, leads the design efforts, and continues to oversee further development and implementation of the design throughout the construction process. In 2014, Mamie received an AIA Minnesota Young Architects Award.
Rochelle Maresh, CID, LEED AP, Workplace Strategist, AlliianceAs a workplace strategist, designer, and project leader, Rochelle Maresh thrives on working closely with clients to advance business goals, foster employee engagement, stimulate innovation, and promote organizational wellness. Her research and planning recognize the diversity of work styles that both accelerate client innovation and inspire customer confidence. Rochelle served on the IIDA Northland Board and as past President, as well as participates on professional advisory board at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has guest lectured at local universities and conferences including IIDA Northland Minnecon, USGBC IMPACT, and IFMA Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter.
