FM in the Age of Information and Automation
The FM profession must adapt to the new age of information and automation. The movement of the FM profession must include becoming a part of organizational ownership (c-suite). This will allow FMs to add “dominant value” which will lead a reduction of costs, and an increase in organizational capability.
