About the Presenters:
Kelly Kinney is a graduate of the U of MN, and Hamline. He attained his MBA from the U of St. Thomas and holds a current law license. Following law school, Kelly’s career transitioned to Information Technology working for FICO, Carlson Companies, Paisley Consulting (Thompson Reuters), and Lifetouch designing and implementing security solutions. Kelly currently works with the Federal Reserve Bank implementing security controls focused on preventing Cyber Attacks. He recently obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from ISC2.
Kristin Ottem CISSP®, works as a Cyber Security Engineer for Xcel Energy and has been in the Information Technology field for over 25 years. She has held technical positions in Higher Education, K-12 Education, Public Utilities, and Private Industry. Kristin’s passion for Cyber Security is what drove her to work in the field. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from North Dakota State University and is a Fargo native.
