Wellbeing is the New Black.
Innovative leaders know first-hand the connection between wellbeing and performance, and the often devastating consequences of unhealthy stress, burnout and unhappiness at the individual and collective level. The shift from wellness to wellbeing is underway and we have the opportunity as leaders to lead the way for others by taking the first step and making our happiness and wellbeing a priority. At the IFMA Dec Event… you will hear from Nancy O’Brien & Linda Saggau of Experience Happiness, and the co-creators of The Happiness Practice™ (THP), how happiness drives wellbeing, engagement and performance and be equipped with a 30-Day Happiness Practice™.
In preparation for this meeting, we invite you to take a few minutes to check in with you by taking the free and confidential THP Pulse Assessment™ to assess your level of stress, burnout and happiness and download your THP Personal Pulse Snapshot™ http://www.experiencehappiness.biz/pulse/
